Councilmember McGovern referred to Item 3, the resolution endorsing the "Everyi Home" <br />Alameda Countywide Homeless and Special Needs Housing Plan, said she felt comfortable <br />endorsing it in concept; however, future funding is mentioned and she voiced concern with <br />losing some block grant monies already allocated for local issues that also support the <br />homeless. She confirmed with the City Manager that the Council could support the concept <br />plan and not its funding by way of an amended motion. <br />Administrative Services <br />1. Approved regular meeting minutes of April 3, 2007 <br />City Attorney <br />2. Approved initiation of an amendment to the Zoning Ordinance to Delay the Effective Date <br />of Quasi-Adjudicatory Decisions <br />City Manager <br />3. Adopted Resolution No. 07-109 endorsing the "Every1 Home" Alameda Countywide <br />Homeless and Special Needs Housing Plan <br />4. Approved and authorized the City Manager to execute an agreement in the amount of <br />$42,000 in Measure D recycling funds to support Go Green initiative recycling programs at <br />school sites for 2007-08 <br />5. Adopted Resolution No. 07-110 to join the Alameda County Climate Protection Project <br />and the International Council for Local Environmental Initiatives (ICLEI) <br />6. Approved the allocation of $65,000 to TV30 Community Television to support the ongoing <br />operations of the station through the current fiscal year ending June 30, 2007 <br />Economic Development <br />7. Approved funding in the amount of $25,000 to the Tri-Valley Business Council to support <br />implementation of the programs and initiative of the Tri-Valley Innovation Network <br />Finance <br />8. Accepted Monthly Disbursements and Investment Report for March 2007 <br />9. Approved second amendment to an agreement for professional services with Bartel <br />Associates, LLC, in the amount $25,000 for GASB45 -Other Post Employment Benefits <br />(OPEB) Actuarial Study and Related Services <br />Mayor <br />10. Proclaimed May 12-20, 2007 as National Tourism Week <br />11.
