ATTACHMENT 1 <br />CONTRACT <br />PLEASANTON MIDDLE SCHOOL <br />TENNIS COURT LIGHTING AND RE-SURFACING <br />PROJECT N0.067014 <br />THIS CONTRACT is made and entered into this 5`h day of June, 2007 by and <br />between Vintage Contractors, Inc., ("Contractor"), whose address is 2367 Ocean Avenue, <br />San Francisco, CA 94127, and telephone number is (415) 282-1602 and the CITY OF <br />PLEASANTON, a municipal corporation ("City"). <br />WITNESSETH: <br />WHEREAS, the City has awarded to the Contractor a contract for Pleasanton <br />Middle School Tennis Court Lighting and Re-Surfacing, Project No. 067014. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual promises set forth herein, <br />the parties agree as follows: <br />Work to be Performed. The work will generally consist of the minor repair, re- <br />surfacing, and lighting of two (2) tennis courts at Pleasanton Middle School on <br />Case Avenue. <br />Said work is more particularly shown in the following documents which are on <br />file with the Department of Public Works of the City and are incorporated herein <br />by this reference: <br />A. Specifications entitled the PLEASANTON MIDDLE SCHOOL <br />TENNIS COURT LIGHTING AND RE-SURFACING, PROJECT <br />NO. 067014 and addenda thereto, if any. <br />B. Contract Change Orders approved by the City Engineer, done in <br />accordance with the Standard Specifications. <br />C. The proposal submitted to the City by the Contractor. <br />2. Compensation. The City shall pay the Contractor for work actually performed at <br />the unit prices set out in the Contractor's proposal to the City. The quantities of <br />work stated therein are estimates only; actual quantities will be measured for <br />payment in accordance with the specifications. <br />
