IFINAL' COPY <br /> <br /> CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 89-325 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION SELECTING GROWTH MANAGEMENT <br /> PROJECTS FOR 1990 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, on July 18, 1989, the City Council considered the <br /> report of its Growth Management Committee; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, based upon the information presented in the report <br /> and in City Council's review of the proposed sched- <br /> ule of allocations, the City Council finds the <br /> projects and schedule of development are in fur- <br /> therance of the public interest and in furtherance <br /> of the City's General Plan policies; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF'THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: The City hereby selects Option 1 of the Growth <br /> Management Committee recommendation, which grants <br /> growth management approval to the following smaller <br /> projects: <br /> <br />Project 1990 1991 <br /> <br />Z-87-564, Mavridis 19 - <br />PUD-88-15, Mavridis 10 - <br />PUD-88-11, Altieri, et al. 12 9 <br />PUD-82-16-2M, Foxbrough <br />Estates HSC/Beratlis 7 - <br />Z-87-93, Kottinger Square <br />MCC Partnership 10 - <br />PUD-89-2, Richard/Pries 12 - <br />PUD-87-19, Yee 22 - <br />PUD-88-13, Bridgman/Hunton 28 - <br /> <br /> Total 120 9 <br /> <br />Section 2: The City hereby grants growth management approval <br /> to the following larger projects for development in <br /> accordance with the following schedule: <br />Project 1990 1991 1992 1993 <br /> <br />Far West 40 84 - - <br />Laguna Oaks 40 100 80 31 <br /> Total 80 184 80 31 <br /> <br /> <br />
