16. Penalties <br /> <br /> Permit parking zone decal privileges may be lost for up to one year for the <br /> fol Iowing infractions: <br /> <br /> A. Failure to provide accurate information in applying for a decal. <br /> <br /> B. Allowing the use of a decal on any vehicle other than the one for <br /> which the decal was issued. <br /> <br /> C. Sale of any decal or permit to anyone not a resident within the zone. <br /> <br /> D. Misuse of guest permits. <br /> <br />17. Exemptions <br /> <br /> The following vehicles will be exempt from zone restrictions: <br /> <br /> A. Any vehicle, including but not limited to, a clearly marked delivery, <br /> emergency utility or service vehicle with appropriate commercial <br /> license plates, which is under the control of an individual providing <br /> service to property located on a street in the permit parking area while <br /> actually engaged in making pick-ups or deliveries of goods, wares, or <br /> merchandise from or to any building or structure within the permit <br /> parking zone or rendering a service to a resident within the permit <br /> parking area. Identification of such vehicle shall be in the responsibility <br /> of the driver of such vehicle. <br /> <br /> B.
