CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION NO. 90-231 RESOLUTION AFFIRMING THE PLANNING COMMISSION APPROVAL OF CASE UP-90-5, APPLICATION OF CHEVRON USA FOR A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT WHEREAS, at its duly noticed public hearing of November 14, 1990, the Planning Commission made all of the required findings and approved Case UP-90-5, the application of Chevron USA for a conditional use permit to operate a full-service automobile and repair station with a 24-hour self-service gasoline station, a 920 sq. ft. convenience market, and an automatic drive-through car wash with blower dryer on an approximately 24,543 sq. ft. site located at 5280 Hopyard Road; and WHEREAS, this approval was referred to the City Council for its review. NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: Section 1: The City Council affirms the approval of Case UP-90-5, the application of Chevron USA for a conditional use permit to operate a full-service automobile and repair station with a 24-hour self-service gasoline station, a 920 sq. ft. convenience market, and an automatic drive- through car was with blower dryer on an approximately 24,543 sq. ft. site located at 5280 Hopyard Road, subject to the conditions of approval attached hereto and made part of the case by reference. Section 2: This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and adoption. I HEREBY CERTIFY THAT THE FOREGOING WAS DULY AND REGULARLY ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON, AT A MEETING HELD ON DECEMBER 11, 1990 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: AYES: Councilmembers - Mayor Mercer NOES: None ABSENT: None ABSTAIN: None APPROVED AS TO FOR~:/J/~ Michael H.
