In general the median shall be reduced <br />in length to allow left turn movements into the subject site. <br /> <br />The plant palette shall be modified so that the mature height <br />of the plant species generally step up towards the building. <br />This modification shall include the use of Raphiolepis indica. <br />The Escallonia used adjacent to ground floor windows should be <br />dwarf variety. Additional variety in the landscape material <br />of the raised planters shall be used.
