There being no further problems, the Public Hearing was closed. A resolution recommending approval to rezone the parcel labeled A (Agricultural) District to the C-N (Commercial Neighborhood) Distric within the Mackay Homes development, on Tract ~~2905, was entered and passed. ZONE AMENDMENT John MacGowan - application to rezone from RZ-69-25, the A (Agricultural) District to the RM-4 Continued to (Multiple Family), RM-25 (Multiple Family) January 28, 1970. and C-S (Commercial Service) Districts, that property described as Parcel 3 and 4 of Assessor's Map Book 946, Block 3200, con- taining 91.89 acres, more or less, said property more commonly known as that area west of Santa Rita Road, previously the Nevis and Lima parcels, generally bounded by the Tassajara Canal and the Southern Pacific Railroad. The applicant's representative, MacKay & Somps, requested a continuance to Jan. 28, 1970, which was granted by the Commission. ZONE AMENDMENT RZ-69-13, and CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT UP-69-12, Approved, Res. No. 978 California-Hawaiian Mobile Estates, Inc., - application to rezone from the A (Agricul- tural) District to the RM-4 (Multiple Family) District, and application for a conditional use permit to operate a mobile home park on that property described as Parcel 14-4 of Assessor's Map Book 946, Block 1250, containing 21 acres, more or less, said mobile home park to contain approximately 159 spaces, and commonly know as 3153 Vineyard Avenue, Pleasanton.
