4y~,~-sa~vTOy <br />CITY of PLEASANT0~1 <br />~~~. <br />.~ <br />~~ so s <br />~~° Planning Commission <br />MINUTES ~OF REGULAR MEETING. <br />~ Gt8 January 14, 1970 <br />Time : 8:1o PM <br />Place: Pleasanton Justice Court <br />Considerable discussion ensued, and <br />Commissioner Pons remarked that perhaps a <br />study session should be held on the number <br />and size of shopping centers for the <br />Pleasanton area. <br />There being no further problems, the Public <br />Hearing was closed. <br />A resolution recommending approval to rezone <br />the parcel labeled A (Agricultural) District <br />to the C-N (Commercial Neighborhood) Distric <br />within the Mackay Homes development, on <br />Tract ~~2905, was entered and passed. <br />ZONE AMENDMENT John MacGowan - application to rezone from <br />RZ-69-25, the A (Agricultural) District to the RM-4 <br />Continued to (Multiple Family), RM-25 (Multiple Family) <br />January 28, 1970. and C-S (Commercial Service) Districts, that <br />property described as Parcel 3 and 4 of <br />Assessor's Map Book 946, Block 3200, con- <br />taining 91.89 acres, more or less, said <br />property more commonly known as that area <br />west of Santa Rita Road, previously the <br />Nevis and Lima parcels, generally bounded <br />by the Tassajara Canal and the Southern <br />Pacific Railroad. <br />The applicant's representative, MacKay & <br />Somps, requested a continuance to Jan. 28, <br />1970, which was granted by the Commission. <br />ZONE AMENDMENT <br />RZ-69-13, and <br />CONDITIONAL USE <br />PERMIT <br />UP-69-12, <br />Approved, <br />Res.
