4~~,~,saNT~ - <br />CITY of PLEASANTON <br />.~; <br />po <br />~~ sp t <br />`~~° Planning Commission <br />MINUTES ~OF REGULAR MEETING. <br />DGte : March 11, 1970 <br />Time : silo PM <br />Place: Pleasanton Justice Court <br />ROLL CALL <br />APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br />REZONING REQUEST <br />RZ-69-15, Continued <br />to March 25, 1970. <br />Commissioners Present: Antonini, Gibbs, <br />Pereira, Pons and Chairman Garrigan. <br />Commissioners Absent: None <br />Upon motion of Commissioner Gibbs, seconded <br />by Commissioner Antonini, and carried, the <br />minutes of the meeting of January 28, 1970, <br />were approved as submitted. <br />Upon motion of Commissioner Gibbs, seconded <br />by Commissioner Pons, and carried, the <br />minutes of the special meeting of February It <br />of the Design Review Board on George Oakes's <br />,six-plex units on Fairlands Drive, which was <br />',reviewed by the Commission as a whole, were <br />',approved as submitted. <br />American Forest Products Corporation - <br />application to rezone from the A (Agricultu- <br />ral) District to the C-S (Commercial Service; <br />District that property described as Parcel 3- <br />4, Assessor's Map Book 946, Block 3295, <br />containing 7.25 acres, more or less. <br />The Planning Director stated that it would <br />be his recommendation that this application <br />be continued for two weeks to permit the <br />staff sufficient time to draft a list of <br />C-S uses, either perniitted or conditional, <br />which might be appropriate for that particu <br />vicinity, should the Commission be disposed <br />to approving this application. <br />Mr. John Corley, representing the applicant, <br />stated that he felt the C-S zoning would <br />- 1 - <br />
