More definit <br />plans have now been formulated and the <br />applicant plans condominium-type doctors' <br />offices, medical center, etc. It is intend-I, <br />ed that a parcel map will be filed for each ~, <br />sale to a new tenant. <br />There being no further testimony, the Public <br />Hearing was closed. <br />A resolution recommending approval was <br />entered and passed. <br />TENTATIVE SUB- <br />DIVISION MAPS <br />Approved, Res. No. <br />1002 <br />REFERRAL FROM CITY <br />COUNCIL <br />PUD-69-8, Continued <br />to April 22, 1970. <br />Stoneson Development Company - application <br />for approval of Tentative Tract Map ~~3150. <br />There was some discussion regarding the <br />location of the interchange from the Stone- <br />ridge development to Interstate ~~680. No <br />commitment could be obtained from the State <br />on this. <br />After some further discussion regarding this <br />particular situation and several other <br />conditions as noted in the report of the <br />Department of Public Works, a resolution <br />recommending approval subject to certain <br />conditions, was entered and passed. <br />First Pleasanton Investors - application to <br />rezone by amendment to the original P.U.D. i <br />from the RM-2500 and R-1-6500 District to <br />the C-F a nd RM-2000 District, that property <br />described as Parcel 2-9 of Assessor's Map <br />Book 946, Block 1101 containing 11.7 acres, <br />more or less, and a portion of Parcel 6, <br />Assessor's Map Book 99-B, Block 3950, <br />Page 1, containing 9.1 acres, more or less, <br />or more commonly known as that property <br />immediately south of Highway #580 and east o: <br />Tassajara Road, Pleasanton. <br />- 3 - <br />Resolution: <br />Seconded: <br />Ayes: <br />Noes: <br />Absent: <br />Abstain: <br />
