Planning omm <br />MINUTES ~OF REGULAR MEETING. <br />DCtB ; April 8, 1970 <br />Time : 8:00 PM <br />PIaCB: Pleasanton Justice Court <br />A letter was presented from the applicant's <br />attorney, Mr. John Corley, stating that <br />American Forest Products Corporation, should <br />they be granted the zoning, will not apply <br />for design approval or building permit until <br />such time as Council has revised and approve <br />any modifications to those uses that may be <br />redefined in the Commercial Service District <br />This agreement was satisfactory with the <br />City Attorney. <br />After some further discussion, the Public <br />Hearing was closed. <br />A resolution recommending approval was <br />entered and passed. <br />REZONING REQUEST <br />RZ-70-4, Approved, Ralph P. Juhl - application to rezone from Resolution: <br />Res. No. 1001 the A (Agricultural) District to the 0 Seconded: <br />(Office) District, that property described Ayes: <br />as a portion of Parcel 1-4, Block 3367, Map Noes: <br />Book 946, of the Alameda County Assessor's Absent: <br />Office. Said property generally located on Abstain: <br />the south side of Black Avenue, 500 ft, west <br />of Santa Rita Road, containing .24 acres, <br />more or less. <br />The Public Hearing was opened by Chairman <br />Garrigan. <br />Secretary Aiello explained to the Commission <br />that this request for an additional 19 ft. <br />was a matter of "housekeeping" and that the <br />addition of the 19 ft. would permit the <br />applicant to proceed in his development as <br />he had originally planned to do so with his <br />previous approval. <br />- 2 - <br />x <br />X X X <br />X <br />X <br />x <br /> <br />
