"Absent: <br />Abstain: <br />Mr. Dudley Frost, representing the developer <br />was presented and voiced no objections to <br />the conditions noted in the report from the <br />Department of Public Works. <br />There being no further problems, a resolu- <br />tion recommending approval was entered and <br />passed, subject to certain conditions. <br />First Pleasanton Investors - application to Resolution: <br />rezone by amendment to the original PUD Seconded: <br />from the RM-2500 and R-1-6500 Districts to Ayes: <br />the C-F and RM-2000 Districts that property Noes: <br />described as Parcel 2-9 of Assessor's Map Absent: <br />Book 946, Block 1101 containing 11.7 acres, Abstain: <br />more or less, and a portion of Parcel 6, <br />Assessor's Map Book 99-B, Block 3950, Page 1 <br />containing 9.1 acres, more or less, or more <br />commonly known as that property immediately <br />south of Highway ~~'S80 and east of Tassajara <br />Road, Pleasanton. <br />The Planning Director advised the Commission <br />that they could either reaffirm the RM-2000 <br />District, increase it to RM-1500, or reduce <br />it to RM-2500, RM-4000 or even R-1-6500. <br />The original approval from Commission was fo <br />the RM-2500 and 159 units.
