Delete - RZ-69-18, C. W. Langeberg, withdra~ <br />at request of the applicant. <br />Continue - RZ-70-5, Wallace H. and Mary E. <br />Mayer, application held up due to lack of <br />list of surrounding property owners. <br />Continue - GP-70-3, Foothill Road Study, <br />continued at request of Mrs. Amaral. <br />Add - 9b, Tentative Tract Map ~k3112, Valley <br />Trails, Unit ~~4. <br />ZONING ORDINANCE Sec. 7.102 and Sec. 8.105, Zoning Ordinance <br />AMENDMENT No. 520, application of the Planning <br />Continued to Commission to review and re-evaluate Sec. <br />May 13, 1970. 7.102 "Permitted and Conditional Uses <br />for the C-C (Community Commercial) District. <br />Also to review and re-evaluate Sec.8.105 <br />"Conditional Uses" as may be applied to the <br />I-P (Industrial Park) District. <br />The Planning Director explained that the <br />staff had pretty well defined the various <br />uses for the various commercial districts. <br />More refinement is required, therefore, a <br />continuance was requested. <br />With this thought in mind, the Public Heari <br />was opened and continued to May 13, 1970. <br />- 1 - <br />
