CITY of PLEASANTON <br />Planning Commission <br />MINUTES ~OF REGULAR MEETING. <br />Date May 13, 1970 <br />Time ; 8:25 PM <br />Pia C8; Pleasanton Justice Court <br />ROLL CALL Commissioners Present: Antonini, Garrigan, <br />Gibbs, Pons. <br />Commissioners Absent: Pereira. <br />APPROVAL OF MINUTES Upon motion of Commissioner Gibbs, seconded <br />by Commissioner Antonini and carried, the <br />minutes of the meetings of March 25, April 8 <br />and April 22, 1970, were approved as <br />submitted. <br />ZONING ORDINANCE Sec. 7.102 and Sec. 8.105, Zoning Ordinance <br />AMENDMENT No. 520 - application of the Planning <br />Continued to Commission to review and re-evaluate <br />May 27, 1970. Sec. 7.102 "Permitted and Conditional Uses" <br />for the C-C (Community Commercial ) Distric <br />Also to review and re-evalute Sec. 8.105 <br />"Conditional Uses" as may be applied to the <br />I-P (Industrial Park) District. <br />Lists of uses to be, utilized, were presente <br />to the Commissioners, with the understand- <br />ing that these lists were still preliminary <br />in nature, and submitted strictly for <br />discussion and study. <br />The Commissioners had questions, particu- <br />larly regarding the Commercial Automotive <br />and Commercial Service categories. A <br />period of discussion followed. <br />It was moved to allow the matter to stand <br />for the time being, with the Planning staff <br />to make further revisions per directions <br />of the Commissian. <br />This proposed Zoning Ordinance amendment <br />was continued to the May 27 meeting. <br />- 1 - <br />
