The City Attorney replied there could <br />be no guarantee of this kind. <br />Chairman Garrigan stated this PUD offers <br />many good points, but that density presents <br />problems, such as the number of automobiles <br />involved, and are we really reaching the <br />income range of people that it is intended <br />for. Mr. Garrigan also questioned the sewer <br />plant problems, and the amount of play areas <br />Commissioner Pons liked the basic plan, but <br />would like to have it resubmitted with more <br />open space and more spacious lot develop- <br />ment. <br />Chairman Garrigan asked Mr. Frost if he <br />would amend the plan. Mr. Frost was agree- <br />able to minor changes, but stated no major <br />changes could or would be made. <br />The City Attorney reiterated there was no <br />way that the density of 6.20 could be <br />approved without an amendment to the <br />Ordinance. <br />REZONING AND <br />CONDITIONAL USE <br />PERMIT REQUEST <br />RZ-70-8, Approved, <br />Res. No. 1020 <br />It was moved by Commissioner Pons, seconded <br />by Commissioner Pereira, and carried, that <br />PUD-69-9, based upon the plans as submitted, <br />together with Preliminary Tentative Map <br />~~3184, be denied. <br />Mrs. M.
