The staff
was instructed to arrange a meeting between
both groups at a mutually convenient time.
Chairman Garrigan again pointed out that the
length of the Planning Commission meetings
have been quite long recently, and that in
his opinion, there should be a procedure to
allow only a certain number of public
hearings to be placed on each agenda, the
remainder to be heard at a later part of the
meeting, if time permits.
The staff commented on the fact that this
would present some problems and suggested
another possible solution to this problem
would be a third meeting each month. Furthe
review was requested by the staff.
ADJOURNMENT I The regular meeting of a Planning
Commission w urned a 12;10 PM.
J. Castr,6,~8'ecretary
- 14 -
