The Planning <br />Director advised the Commission of the <br />previous permit granted Dr. Carnazzo, wherei <br />the Commission denied the application, it <br />was appealed to Council and permission grant <br />by Council for one year. It is now up for <br />renewal. <br />Mr. John Corley, attorney for Dr. Carnazzo, <br />was present and requested a two-year exten- <br />sion from the Commission, in order that <br />the applicant would have enough time to <br />locate his office some place else. <br />After further deliberation, the Public Hear- <br />ing was closed. <br />A resolution recommending approval for a <br />period of one year and subject to the con- <br />dition that the sign on his front lawn be <br />removed, was entered and passed. <br />- 1 - <br />
