Their recommen- <br />dation was for approval with two conditions <br />that the C-F zoning be approved with the <br />express purpose of constructing a motel, <br />restaurant and service station, and that <br />there be a time limit imposed on the appli- <br />cations for the completion of the facilitie <br />The boundaries of the parcel in question <br />were exhibited by Mr. Castro to the Com- <br />missioners. Preliminary circulation has <br />been developed at the time that Reynold C. <br />Johnson Company came in for their applica- <br />tion. Also, Qualified Investment, who are <br />handling the Reynold C. Johnson Company <br />sales, have advised the staff that it is no <br />economically feasible to sell the entire <br />large property and it is their intention <br />to split the parcel. <br />The question of motel sites for the Hopyard <br />Road-Interstate ~~580 area was discussed <br />between the City Manager and Mr. Castro. <br />- 10 - <br />x <br />xlxlx <br />
