There is a study sessio <br />scheduled for September 14, 1970, on interim <br />uses for industrially zoned lands. Perhaps <br />after some decision has been made on this <br />matter, this application can be considered. <br />In addition, there is no way for sewer ser- <br />vices to be given to this area, and dis- <br />cussion is necessary with the Valley <br />Community Services District. There is a <br />possibility this matter will have to be <br />dropped all together. <br />Continue 6a and 6b - RZ-70-14, Pacific <br />Western Mobile Estates, and UP-70-17,Pacific <br />Western Mobile Estates. Applicant was not <br />able to be present. Request continuance <br />to September 22, 1970. <br />Continue 7a - Policy on private streets - <br />staff has not had opportunity to work up <br />some recommendations. Continuance to <br />October 13, 1970. <br />REZONING REQUEST Julius Levine - application to rezone from <br />RZ-70-12, Cont. to the RM-4000 (Multiple) District to the <br />Sept. 22, 1970. P (Public and Institutional) District that <br />property described as Parcel 38, Block 14, <br />Book 94 of the Alameda County Assessor's <br />Office, containing 1.86 acres, more or less <br />- 1 - <br />
