He indicated <br />the units would be recessed in the <br />hill, therby preserving most of the <br />privacy of the area. <br />There will probably also be no schoo: <br />problem as studies show that this ty~ <br />of housing genreally did not appeal i <br />families vaith children. <br />Mr. Joe Blechick, 315 Mission - wishE <br />to know if the hill was engineering- <br />sound. <br />The Public Hearing was then closed. <br />Commissioner Hirst expressed a feel- <br />ing that there is already sufficient <br />multiple land in Mission Park area, <br />although he would like to see more <br />development. However, he was not <br />certain this submittal is the appro- <br />priate one. Commissioner Wood vr~ice< <br />a similar feeling. <br />Commissioner Pons was worried about <br />high density. <br />Commissioner Pereira expressed his <br />thoughts that lie felt Mission Park <br />had an adequate amount of multiples, <br />but that he was also concerned <br />- 7 - <br />
