4~$~s""~~y CITY of PLEASANTON <br />~'i , <br />`~~~~° Planning Commission <br />+ww s9 s <br />MINUTES ~OF REGULAR MEETING. <br />DCte : October 27, 1970 <br />Time : s : to PM <br />PIQCe: Pleasanton Justice Court <br />MINOR SUBDIVIS-ION Appeal of Arthur Wyler of adverse <br />MS-70-9, Approved. decision of Minor Subdivision Commit <br />tee regarding his application. <br />Apparently at the time of his approv <br />to the RM-2500 District, it was not <br />known that Mr. Wyler did not own the <br />Perry property which has a single- <br />family dwelling on it. Therefore, <br />in approving the minor subdivision, <br />the Commission would be approving <br />piecemeal zoning. <br />Mr. Jack Bostedt, MacKay & Somps, <br />represented Mr. Wyler, who was also <br />present. <br />An aerial view of the property was <br />demonstrated. <br />Some discussion followed. <br />It was agreed to approve the request <br />of Mr. Wyler with the understanding <br />that the architect would submit a <br />plan for the remaining Perry parcel, <br />which could accommodate a maximum of <br />four units. Said condition of approv <br />to use, subject to the City Attorney. <br />MATTERS INITIATED B Consideration of possible revocation <br />COMMISSION MEMBERS of conditional use permit given to <br />Mobil Oil at 5311 Hopyard Road, dut <br />to numerous violations of conditions <br />of approval. <br />At this hearing, Mr. Kamal Neimat, <br />Project Engineer was present, and <br />apologized for the inadvertent sit- <br />uation which ensued.
