4~$ASAN~o~ CITY of PLEASANTON <br />~~o <br />.:.:o~•~ Planning Commission <br />MINUTES ~OF REGULAR MEETING. <br />~ Gt8 ; November 24, 1970 <br />Time : 8:20 PM <br />Pla C8; Pleasanton Justice Court <br />reevaluate the existing zoning that is now <br />applicable to those properties within the <br />City Limits, as well as to reevaluate the <br />land use recommendations offered by the <br />General Plan. <br />The present owners of the shopping center <br />site presented a letter to the department <br />requesting a continuance of this item. <br />This extension was granted and the new <br />hearing date was set for January 12, 1971. <br />GENERAL PLAN Fairlands Study - application of the <br />AMENDMENT Planning Commission to review and/or amend <br />GP-70-2, Continued the General Plan for the area generally <br />to Feb. 9, 1971. encompassed by the southwest quadrant of <br /> Intersta to Freeway ~~580, Tassajara Road and <br /> Santa Rita Road; also those properties <br /> fronting on the west side of Santa Rita Road <br /> north of the Arroyo Mocho Canal. Said Gener 1 <br /> Plan review is to reevaluate the existing <br /> zoning that is now applicable to those <br /> properties within the City Limits, as well <br /> as to reevaluate the land use recommendation <br /> offered by the General Plan. <br /> The staff advised the Commission that the <br /> developer was coming in with a development, <br /> therefore, it was felt that prior to acting <br /> on this amendment, the Commission would want <br /> to see what is being proposed. <br /> This item is being continued to February 9, <br /> 1971. <br />P.U.D.
