4y~~s"N~°y CITY of PLEASANTON <br />~ './ . <br />~~~° Planning Commission <br />~rrav s <br />MINUTES ~OF REGULAR MEETING. <br />~ Gt8 ; November 24, 1970 <br />Time ; 8:2o PM <br />PIGCB; Pleasanton Justice Court <br />ROLL CALL Commissioners Present: Hirst, Pereira, Pons <br />Wood and Chairman Garrigan. <br />Commissioners Absent: None. <br />PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE The Commissioners, staff and audience then <br />joined Chairman Garrigan in the Pledge of <br />Allegiance. <br />APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br />REVISIONS AND <br />OMISSIONS TO THE <br />AGENDA <br />GENERAL PLAN <br />AMENDMENT <br />GP-70-5, Cont. to <br />January 12, 1971. <br />Upon motion of Commissioner Hirst, seconded <br />by Chairman Garriga n, and carried, the <br />minutes of the meeting of October 13, 1970, <br />were approved. <br />Upon motion of Commissioner Hirst, seconded <br />by Commissioner Pons, and carried, the minut s <br />of the meeting of October 27, 1970, were <br />approved. <br />Add: - 7a. Z-70-115, Howard Neely - tempora <br />shop a t 4301 Valley Avenue . <br />Add: - 13a.Discussion regarding meeting <br />dates for December. <br />Chairman Garrigan then made the announcement <br />that Vince Aiello had been appointed Acting <br />Planning Director, to replace Ricardo Castro <br />who is now with the City of Littleton, Colo. <br />Vintage Hills Study - Application of the <br />Planning Commission to review and/or amend <br />the General Plan for that area generally <br />encompassing the following two areas: <br />1 - The Vintage Hills shopping center site <br />fronting Pico Avenue, containing 14.4 ac., <br />more or less, described as Lot 26, Tract 280 <br />2 - The Commercial Freeway District fronting <br />Vineyard Avenue, containing 5 ac., more or <br />less, described as Lots 563 and 564, Tract <br />2980. Said General Plan review is to <br />- 1 - <br />
