No. 1054 <br />Mackay Homes - application for conditional <br />use permit to allow the construction of a <br />model home complex and sales pavilion for a <br />,patio house development to be located on <br />'Lots 62 through 76 and Lots 95 through 102 <br />of Tract :1158. Generally located at the <br />southwest corner of Golden Road and Calle <br />Enrique in the Arroyo del Prado Subdivision. <br />The Public Hearing was opened by Chai mean <br />Garrigan. <br />Commissioner Hirst asked for clarification <br />of Condition 4 of the Planning staff report. <br />This was provided for him. <br />There were also comments on Public Works <br />report Conditions 1 and 2. Perhaps a satis- <br />factory alternative could be worked out with <br />City staff. <br />Regarding certain requests made by the Fire <br />Department, Chairman Garrigan emphasized that <br />the Fire Department should have a representa- <br />tive at the meeting to answer any questions <br />that may be forthcoming from the Commission. <br />The Planning staff was instructed to send <br />a memo to the Fire Department informing them <br />of this. <br />The Public Hearing was then closed. <br />1 - <br />
