D Gt8 ;February 9, 1971 Time : s:2s PM P~OCB; Pleasanton Justice Court MATTERS FOR COMMISSION'S REVIEW MATTERS INITIATED UP-70-23, Mobile Home Park at 785 Rose Avenue. This is a review of the conditional use permit for said mobile home park, which expired and on which a renewal is now being requested. The question involved is that certain street improvements attached to the original permit were never completed. The present owner, Mr. Robert Corrington, who was present, requested an extension of time past July 1, 1971, to complete these. After some discussion, on off-street parking etc., the Commission was satisfied that Mr. Corrington should be granted additional time to complete the requirements of the conditional use permit. In addition, Mr. Corrington advised the Commission that he was not aware that he had these improve- ments to put in, at the time of purchase of the mobile home park. The Planning Commission then passed a motion extending the conditioaal use permit to 1975, with all previous conditions, and that the applicant has until January 1, 1972 to complete his street improvements. Policy governing Private Streets - item continued to the next meeting. Commissioner Hirst requested that the staff check out the service station at Hopyard and West Las Positas, and request them to remove a banner which is illegally adver- tising a special. He further advised that the staff could contact the Oakland District Manager, providing him with three copies of the conditions of approval for the conditioi use permit, allowing him to provide copies to the dealer, the office copy and the salesman. _ 7 _ 1
