C-N, 1.0 ac. 0, and
10.65 ac RM-25.
PLANNED UNIT The Tecton Company - application to rezone
DEVELOPMENT from the A (Agricultural) District to the
PUD-70-2, Continued PUD (Planned Unit Development) District, tha
to March 9, 1971. property described as Parcel 5-13, Block 257
of Book 946 of the Alameda County Assessor's
Office, containing 21 acres, more or less;
said property generally located on the east
side of Sunol Boulevard and north of the
Mission Park development. Said PUD is to
contain 168 multiple units.
In accordance with the staff report for
March 9 from the Planning Department, the
Commission was asked to look at the prelimi
plan and if it met with their approval,
direct the applicant to provide a tentative
snap and then final development plans.
Present to speak for the application were
Mr. Ray Feichtmeier and Mr. Carl Langeberg
of The Tecton Company.
Slides were presented of some of their other
developments on the Peninsula, which carried
a much higher density.
