Mr. Campbell advised him that essen <br />tially, the requirements will be as spelled <br />out in the Subdivision Ordinance although <br />there will be some adjustments because <br />the property line on the north side in <br />some areas is abrupt and will have to be <br />corrected. <br />Regarding the water, a new reservoir is <br />slated to go in. Part of the area cannot b <br />served now and will have to be on high <br />pressure system with a booster. Some type <br />of interim facilities will have to be <br />designed and proposed by the applicant's <br />engineers, and the Public Works Department <br />will then decide if it will be acceptable t <br />the City. <br />Regarding a submittal for the rear portion <br />of their development, the applicant stated <br />that they would prefer to keep the streets <br />as private streets, affording them more <br />control. <br />Several residents (mainly Mission Park <br />homeowners) protested this development. <br />These people were: <br />Mr. Chuck Seymour, 492 San Gabriel Court. <br />Spoke about the density. Feels the City <br />should curb their development. <br />Mr. Woodard Hamers, 5026 Blackbird. Oppos <br />the increased density, and problems develo <br />ing with the schools. <br />Mr. Al Dutra of Mission Park, opposed the <br />development, citing problems with schools, <br />sewer, water and traffic. Requested a <br />continuance of this application pending a <br />study session. <br />- 10 - <br />
