MATTERS FOR COMMISSION'S REVIEW Tentative Tract ~k3297 Public Hearing was Present to speak in favor of the applica- tion was Mr. George Oakes of Amador Valley Investors. Mr. Oakes raised one point of discussion in that in his negotiations with the Fire Chief regarding the access to the frontage road from the first driveway parallel to a new street,Brockton, he felt this access should be constructed to Fire Department specifications, as it would be most diffi- cult to make another entrance from the frontage road because of problems encount- ered with the FHA. Discussion followed on this matter between Mr. Oakes, the Commission, and Chief Frudden and Lt. Ted Klenk of the Fire Department, who were also present. It was decided that these questions would be worked out to City approval, and the necessary changes will be shown on the final development plan. no further points for Public Hearing was c A resolution recommending approval PUD-69-8, was entered and passed. Another resolution recommending approval of Tentative Tract Map #3297 - Fairlands Park, was also entered and passed. Policy on Private Streets. - Ina previ review, the Commission recommended a policy pertaining to street lighting in private streets. In this review, the Commission studied the remainder of the Private Street policy as presented by the Director of Public Works.
