4y$~sAN~o~ T 0 N <br />CITY of PLEASAN <br />~ ~'i . <br />`~~*~° Planning Commission <br />'~ ii0 ~ <br />MINUTES ~OF REGULAR MEETING. <br />~GtB March 9, 1971 <br />Time : 8:08 PM <br />Place: Pleasanton Justice Court <br />TENTATIVE SUBDIVISION <br />MAP ' <br />Approved, Res. 1072. <br />MATTERS FOR <br />COMMISSION'S REVIEW <br />Tentative Tract ~k3297 <br />Public Hearing was <br />Present to speak in favor of the applica- <br />tion was Mr. George Oakes of Amador <br />Valley Investors. <br />Mr. Oakes raised one point of discussion <br />in that in his negotiations with the Fire <br />Chief regarding the access to the frontage <br />road from the first driveway parallel to <br />a new street,Brockton, he felt this access <br />should be constructed to Fire Department <br />specifications, as it would be most diffi- <br />cult to make another entrance from the <br />frontage road because of problems encount- <br />ered with the FHA. Discussion followed <br />on this matter between Mr. Oakes, the <br />Commission, and Chief Frudden and Lt. Ted <br />Klenk of the Fire Department, who were <br />also present. It was decided that these <br />questions would be worked out to City <br />approval, and the necessary changes will <br />be shown on the final development plan. <br />no further points for <br />Public Hearing was c <br />A resolution recommending approval <br />PUD-69-8, was entered and passed. <br />Another resolution recommending approval <br />of Tentative Tract Map #3297 - Fairlands <br />Park, was also entered and passed. <br />Policy on Private Streets. - Ina previ <br />review, the Commission recommended a <br />policy pertaining to street lighting in <br />private streets.
