Abstain: <br />The Acting Secretary read the staff report <br />for the information of the Commissioners. <br />Considerable discussion followed on dedi- <br />cation to the City portions of Division Stre t <br />for the pedestrian mall, which is being <br />proposed. Also, The Acting Secretary <br />demonstrated renderings showing this mall <br />system. <br />Mr. Walter A. Dold, Attorney for Franklin <br />Savings & Loan Association was present and <br />spoke for the application. Also present <br />were several other representatives for this <br />application, which included Mr. H. Melander, <br />President of Franklin Savings & Loan, Mr. <br />Wayne Hertzka and Mr. Robert McCoy, architec s, <br />Mr. Robert Babcock, landscape architect, and <br />a gentleman who will be the future Manager o <br />this Pleasanton branch. <br />- 1 - <br />
