Resolution: <br />Res. 1085 Seconded: <br /> The Public Hearing was opened by Chairman Ayes: <br /> Garrigan. Noes: <br /> Absent: <br /> Mr. Bud Lake, representing Morrison Homes, Abstain: <br /> introduced himself and his associates. <br />Mr. Lake spoke of the three housing types <br />being proposed in this development, which <br />will be entirely residential. He presented <br />slides to illustrate his point of view. <br />The single-family conventional housing will <br />be patterned after the Valley Trails homes <br />already in existence in Pleasanton; then <br />there will be the Garden Court, zero-lot <br />line single-family homes, also in existence <br />in Pleasanton; and the Parkview Cluster, <br />which will consist of duplexes, four-plexes <br />and six-plexes. This latter type of housing <br />will be contiguous to the larger park area <br />off Sa nta Rita Road. <br />There was considerable discussion on the la <br />scaping for the development, as well as the <br />proposed bicycle path, which is to encircle <br />the development. <br />- 1 - <br />
