Mr. Campbell stated that we are
stuck with it.
Chairman Garrigan reported that the Commissi
has received a thank you letter from Yvonne
McFadden for the plant.
Chairman Garrigan brought up the matter of
Dr. Carnazzo. His extension was up on
May 23rd and the doctor has not yet moved.
In fact, he was given certain conditions
and he built it the other way. Mr. Aiello
checked and found that he has no intention
of leaving the site. He had an option to
apply for an extension. The City Attorney
suggested that we give him 10 days or two
weeks. Commissioner Hirst suggested that
we proceed with the possibility that it may
go to court.
