Commissioner Hirst recognized it as the map drawn in 1963 and used throughout the whole process. After considerable dis- cussion, it was suggested that the tape of the January 26, 1971 meeting be heard. Mr. Fairfield stated that this delay would leave them out on a limb as the property is being sold as of that approval. Chairman Carrigan suggested that all changes made on exhibits be dated and signed to avoid conflict. Mr. Aiello suggested that the Commission settle on the ridgetop boundary and Chairman Carrigan so instructed that the map be marked accordingly. MATTERS FOR INFOR- Singer Housing Tract 3232 - Review of NATION OF COMMISSION landscaping proposal. Mr. Scott Patrick demonstrated snapshots of the specimen trees he is using in their tracts and stated that they would be 15 to 25 feet tall upon installation. Mr. Aiello stated that all 15 gallon trees have been approved. Mr. Patrick wanted to know if the tree size could be reduced to 5 gallon is th put in 24 specimen trees. The 24 trees woul be installed in the first phase. The Commis sion was agreeable to this with the conditio that they be at least 15 feet from the group MATTERS INITIATED A dinner meeting with Parks and Recreation BY COMMISSION MEMBERS will be scheduled for June 22, 1971, 6:00 PM at Hap's, which is to include all city staff. The regular Planning Commission meeting will be postponed until June 29, 1971. -7-
