Mr <br />Frost stated that they have gone out <br />of their way to meet the City's re- <br />quirements all the way down the line, <br />and now are in the position of needin <br />adjustments to be made. Mr. Frost <br />suggested that there is some good <br />faith here and felt he should be elig <br />ible to request these changes with <br />that understanding. Chairman Garriga <br />replied that the City did not force <br />him into this position. Mr. Castro <br />told ter. Frost that he didn't think <br />that people that came in under the <br />P.U.D. had any more flexibility than <br />those under the R.O.D. The time will <br />expire in 1972. It was reported that <br />Morrison had the opportunity to go in <br />under P.U.D. and the tentative could <br />have been resubmitted. Chairman <br />Garrigan stated that his personal <br />opinion was that he couldn't support <br />all of the variances that are asked <br />for. <br />Again discussion ensued and Mr. Frost <br />displayed a tract map of Tract 3254. <br />In response to a question from Mr. <br />Castro, Mr. Frost stated that he woul <br />not need a variance on the second <br />phase. Mr. Frost stated that he was <br />not asking for anything, but to get <br />out from under the ordinance. Com- <br />missioner Wood entered a resolution <br />to deny said request.
