4~'$ y <br />~8"~~° CITY of PLEASANTON <br />~,~ • <br />~~~~° Planning Commission <br />XM i0 S <br />MINUTES ~OF REGULAR MEETING. <br />~ Ot8 : September 28, 1971 <br />Time ; 8:3o Prz <br />PIaCe; Pleasanton Justice Court <br />Commissioner Wood also asked about the <br />League of California Cities and more <br />specifically if the Commissioners would have <br />benefited by attending this convention. <br />Chairman Garrigan replied by saying that <br />there were no workshops scheduled at this <br />meeting that would be particularly applicabl <br />to the Commission, but that perhaps the AIP <br />convention in October will have something <br />beneficial. He further remarked that this <br />is being checked into and perhaps he will <br />have something to report soon. <br />Commissioner Pereira requested clarification <br />on the moratorium on new sewer connections. <br />Commissioner Hirst requested clarification <br />regarding Park Dedication Ordinance as it <br />now exists. Director Patton will be re- <br />quested to give some type of report on this. <br />Chairman Garrigan asked about the progress <br />of the service station study. Mr. Aiello <br />reported that a series of meetings have been <br />set up. One with the oil companies was held <br />and another with the dealers will be <br />scheduled. These discussions will be taken <br />into consideration before compiling the <br />report. <br />Chairman Garrigan reiterated that he would <br />like to have a joint meeting with the Counci <br />He also said that if the Commissioners feel <br />that communications between the staff and <br />the Commission have bogged down, to contact <br />him. <br />Chairman Garrigan at this time took up the <br />minutes. Chairman Garrigan moved that the <br />minutes of the Board of Adjustment and the <br />Planning Commission are to be checked by <br />the tape. This was seconded and carried. <br />- 5- <br />
