He furthe <br />stated that these units would share recreati <br />facilities with the six-plexes next door. <br />Commissioner Pereira asked about the access <br />to the adjacent property to the west next to <br />the Fire Station. Mr. Campbell, Director of <br />Public Works, stated that there should be a <br />recorded easement to this property made <br />right now. <br />City Attorney, Bill Hirst, stated that there <br />is nothing the Planning Commission can do <br />under the Subdivision Map Act process to <br />stop, stall or postpone this conversion. <br />Commissioner Pereira entered a resolution <br />to approve Tentative Tract 3336 with the <br />modifications that a stub street be shown <br />to serve the parcel to the west between the <br />subdivision and Santa Rita Road; that a use <br />easement for that parcel be filed for an <br />access street; that a disclaimer to rights <br />to the recreation facility in the adjoining <br />subdivision be filed. This was seconded and <br />carried unanimously. <br />MATTERS INITIATED Commissioner Pons discussed the need for <br />BY COMMISSION the Commission to know the priorities that <br />should be considered in their deliberations <br />and Chairman Garrigan stated that another <br />joint meeting is being set up with Council <br />and these priorities should be on the agenda <br />along with the traffic pattern on Hopyard <br />Road. <br />Commissioner Pereira remarked that he will <br />be out of town from November 1st to 15th. <br />- 9 - <br />
