He suggested that grass be <br />planted instead. Mr. Castro explained the <br />condition of approval by the Commission. In <br />lieu of any other ground cover, ivy was <br />approved. <br />The Commission felt that the developer could <br />be approached to see if something else could <br />be planted there, and directed the staff to <br />investigate this. Mr. Castro replied that <br />they would review the homeowners'responsi- <br />bilities and report back to the Commission. <br />Mr. Castro reported that the Parks and <br />Recreation resolution regarding a World of <br />',Nations Pathway of trees, a report on the <br />'I Hayward Hills Study public hearing, and <br />'Thrifty Drug phase opening are to be added <br />ito the agenda. <br />National Medical Enterprises - application <br />to rezone from the IG-3 ac.
