4y$~-3AJVjoy <br />~~, . <br />~,: o <br />.~ <br />~rrro s <br />MINUTES <br />Date <br />Time <br />Place: <br />CITY of PLEASANTON <br />Planning Commission <br />OF REGULAR MEETING. <br />November 9, 1971 <br />8:00 PM <br />Pleasanton Justice Court <br />in regard to a n appeal of fire hydrant re- <br />quirements; however, before the meeting Mr. <br />Castro was advised that they did not now <br />wish to appeal this matter and have reached <br />an agreement with the Fire Department with <br />regard to the requirements. <br />MATTERS INITIATED The Commission discussed the establishment o <br />BY COMMISSION priorities regarding sewers and were informer <br />that a study session with V.C.S.D. is forth- <br />coming. <br />Commissioner Hirst asked the Director of <br />Community Development about the various stud es <br />being conducted by the department and their <br />present status. Mr. Castro outlined the <br />progress being made on each and explained th t <br />even with the slowdown of activity, the <br />department has not seen a cutback of applies <br />cations and the staff has only been able to <br />work on these studies between the regular <br />routine that must be followed. <br />Commissioner Hirst informed the Commission <br />and staff the 236 funding for the Pleasanton <br />Greens project was denied and they will now <br />be eligible for 221 DF, which will mean 7% <br />interest instead of 1%. <br />Chairman Garrigan outlined the dates to be <br />marked on the calendar with regard to the <br />various meetings and events coming up in <br />December. The City Manager informed them <br />that a list will be made available to all <br />concerned. <br />As there was no further business, the Nov- <br />ember 9th meeting of the Planning Commission <br />of the City of Pleasanton adjourn at <br />11:40 PM. ~ ~ j <br />r _ ti / ~ <br />rdo J.`'G`a~t~ro, Secretary <br />
