Commis- sioner absent: Commissioner Pereira. The minutes of the October 12, 1971 meeting were approved subject to the following corrections: Page 8, regarding subdivision map, tentative tract 3336, Chairman Garrigan described the property and felt that the contiguous parcel facing Santa Rita Road should be developed and included as one development. The minutes of the October 26, 1971 meeting were approved subject to the following correction: Page 2, paragraph 3, "that the Commission express to the Council its approval of this application as a land use concept. Mr. Castro reported that, based on Council s directive of last night, Items 9a and 9b, tentative maps 3161 and 3352, will be con- tinued until the next regular meeting. Unde item 7 is a request from Singer Housing to permit occupancy and also an appeal from Murco Development Co. National Medical Enterprises - application to rezone from the IG-3 ac. (General Indus- trial) District to the P (Public and Instit- utional) District that property described as a portion of Parcel 4, Block 1301 of Book 941 of the Alameda County Assessors Office. Generally located on Johnson Industrial Driv west of Hopyard Road, Pleasanton, containing 13 acres +. The application was continued from the pre- vious meeting. John Corley, representing the applicant, was present and stated that he had read the staf report requesting a continuance and did not feel that the determination by the Comprehen Health Planning Council should be the over-
