Section 3: The rates for the collection, transport and disposal of dry garbage and refuse from the City of Pleasanton effective October 1, 1990 are revised as follows: SINGLE-FAMILY MONTHLY RESIDENTIAL RATES; For the regularly-scheduled once each week pick-up of 90 gallon waste receptacles, provided by the Contractor which are suitable for automated dumping from single- family residential properties, the monthly rates are as follows: One 90 gallon can per week $13.51 For the regularly scheduled once each week pick-up of 30 gallon waste receptacles from the curbside of single- family residential properties, the monthly rates are as follows: One 30 gallon can per week Two 30 gallon cans per week Three 30 gallon cans per week $ 8.48 13.51 15.23 Each additional 30 gallon can in excess of three 30 gallon cans 2.63 For the regularly scheduled once each week pick-up of portble trash receptacles in excess of 30 gallons from the curbside of single-family residential properties the rate is as follows: The same rates as listed in Number Two above plus an additional thirty-five cents ($.35) per gallon for each can in excess of 30 gallons. For the regularly-scheduled pick-up of 30 gallon waste receptacles from the back or side yard of single-family residential properties where the collector must enter gates on fences where the waste receptacles are within 50 feet of the gates or fences, the monthly rates are as follows: One 30 gallon can per week Two 30 gallon cans per week Three 30 gallon cans per week $11.11 16.14 17.86 Each additional 30 gallon can in excess of three 30 gallon cans 2.63
