The topography causes fairl}
sharp dips and with a planter set in the midc
of the driveway, it is virtually impossible
for either of two cars in the problem parkin
spaces to back out. This came about through
the miscalculation of building placement,
causing the developer to lose two parking
spaces as originally planned.
This matter was discussed with the Planning
staff who denied it administratively.
