No. 1153 <br />National Medical Enterprises - application <br />to rezone from the IG-3 ac. (General Indus- <br />trial) District to the P (Public and Institu- <br />tional) District that property described <br />as a portion of Parcel 4, Block 1301 of Book <br />941 of the Alameda County Assessor's Office. <br />Generally located on Johnson Industrial Drive <br />west of Hopyard Road, Pleasanton, containing <br />13 acres +. <br />Mr. John Corley, representing National <br />Medical Enterprises, advised the Commission <br />that the applicant that evening was at a <br />meeting of the Comprehensive Health Planning <br />Board for a hearing on. their appeal on the <br />previous denial. NIr. Corley was agreeable tc <br />a continuance of this item to the first <br />meeting in March, but felt that because time <br />is a factor to them, that he would appreciate <br />having a meeting on this item in February <br />if possible. Vice Chairman Pons indicated <br />that he would be reluctant to act on this <br />application that evening until he had an <br />indication of the Comprehensive Health <br />Planning Council's decision on the matter. <br />The staff, at direction of Commission, would <br />explore the possibility of adding an additiot <br />meeting in February to take care of certain <br />other City applications. <br />Railroad Avenue - Application of the City of <br />~, Pleasanton for the establishment of precise <br />',plan lines for Railroad Avenue between Div- <br />ision Street and Spring Street, Pleasanton. <br />The Public Hearing cvas opened.
