~sA"~° <br />qy$ y <br />CITY of ASA TON <br />PLE N <br />~~ ~~~. <br />`~ ~~~° <br />~wMSO ~ <br />Planning <br />Commission <br />MINUTE S ~OF REGULAR MEETING. <br /> DGt@ February 8 , 19 72 <br /> Time : 8 :00 PM <br /> PIaCe; Pleasanton Justice Court <br />This motion was amended by Commissio er <br />Hirst that a review and evaluation <br />of this study be completed by the <br />City prior to any formal action by <br />Alameda County. <br />The amendment was seconded by Chair- <br />man Garrigan and approved unanimousl . <br />The original motion was then voted <br />upon and carried unanimously. <br />MATTERS FOR INFOR- Service Station Study. <br />MATION OF COMMISSI <br />There was brief discussion regarding <br />the study prepared by staff. The <br />Commission expressed its approval <br />and Mr. Castro indicated that a join <br />meeting with the City Council will <br />be scheduled to review this matter. <br />Mr. Castro announced that the <br />Planning Commission meeting of <br />February 15 will be held at 5:30 PM, <br />specifically to review the Foothill <br />Road property. The staff will be <br />describing the options available to <br />the Commission at that time. <br />Mr. Castro reported that the staff <br />is scheduling the Homart presentatio <br />for the 22nd of February, pending <br />further developments. <br />Mr. Castro then described for the <br />Commission the program for the <br />enforcement of nonconforming signs. <br />He further indicated that the staff <br />is working on an ordinance for the <br />downtown area, but it possibly will <br />not be ready by the next meeting. <br />-10- <br />
