Page 15 should include the <br /> information that the Commission made it very <br /> clear that they were interested in maintaini g <br /> the mature trees as long as possible. <br />OLD BUSINESS Study District - Properties tributary to <br />Study District the Sunol Boulevard Sewage Treatment Plant. <br />Res. No. 1160 Staff members present were Vince Aiello, Resolution: <br />Approved 6 mos. Senior Planner, Alan Campbell, Director of Seconded: <br /> Public Works and City Attorney, Bill Hirst. Ayes: <br /> Mr. Edgar, City Manager, arrived later in Noes: <br /> the evening. Absent: <br /> Abstain: <br /> Chairman Garrigan explained the Study Distri t <br />Cont. Vintage Hills would be for a maximum period of one year Motion: <br /> and during this time the staff would analyze Seconded: <br /> the properties by sections and perhaps Ayes: <br /> properties could be removed from the study Absent: <br /> sooner than the one year period as they are <br />Cont. Morrison Homes reviewed. Motion <br /> Seconded <br /> Mr. Aiello recapped for the benefit of the Ayes: <br /> audience the areas to be considered for the Absent: <br /> Study District. By referring to an overall <br />Cont. Pleasa nton exhibit and three supplemental blow-up maps, Motion: <br />Greens he described the specific properties referre Seconded: <br /> to.
