M. <br />PIaCe; Pleasanton Justice Court <br />Rnr.r. rnr.r. <br />APPROVAL OF <br />MINUTES <br />REVISIONS AND <br />OMISSIONS TO <br />THE AGENDA <br />Commissioners Present: Hirst (arrive <br />at 8:15 PM) Pereira, Pons, Wood <br />and Chairman Garrigan. <br />Commissioners Absent: None. <br />No minutes were submitted for <br />approval . <br />Mr. Castro read a letter from <br />Mr. Henry Mariani of the law firm <br />of Mariani, Rainville & Hardy, <br />representing Homart Development <br />Company, in which they requested a <br />90-day extension of their application <br />pending clarification of legal and <br />physical problems which exist on the <br />property. <br />Chairman Garrigan felt this was <br />reasonable but that extensions <br />should be granted in 30-day periods <br />to encourage the applicant to make <br />a firm decision as soon as possible. <br />PUBLIC HEARINGS- <br />NEW BUSINESS <br />Regional Center - joint presentation <br />by Stoneson Construction Company and <br />Homart Development Company on the <br />agreements reached for the Regional <br />Center site. <br />The Public Hearing was opened. <br />Mr. Castro, representing the staff, <br />indicated that he had no comments at <br />this time. <br />Mr. Ted Fairfield, Engineer, MacKay <br />& Somps, spoke for his client, <br />Stoneson Construction Company. <br />Motion: <br />Seconded: <br />Ayes: <br />Noes: <br />Absent: <br />Abstain: <br />
