He also demonstrat d <br />a rendering showing the profile of the sign <br />in its actual size in relation to the main <br />building. Mr. Papich told the Commission <br />that they attempted to coordinate the sign <br />with the balance of the property. The base <br />of the sign is 3~ ft. high, and the top of <br />the sign is 6~ ft. from the ground. <br />Mr. Papich advised that the time and temp. <br />symbols will flash once every 30 seconds; it <br />will be illuminated with 25-watt incandescent <br />bulbs. This is the minimum recommended by <br />the manufacturer for a sign of this type. <br />Mr. Ted Mann of Franklin Savings & Loa n, <br />explained that he had conducted a semblance <br />of a survey - that when people went into the <br />office to transact business, they were asked <br />for their opinion of the proposed sign. He <br />received 27 in favor and 2 opposed. <br />The Public Hearing was then closed. <br />-8- <br />
