Secretary <br />Castro had no comments to add. <br />Present at the hearing was Mr. Bob Davidson <br />Architect. He too had no comments to add <br />to the staff report. <br />The only comments forthcoming from the <br />Commissioners was from the Chairman who <br />indicated to Mr. Davidson that their design <br />plans should be compatible in style and <br />quality with the adjacent properties. <br />There being no further comments, the Public <br />Hearing was closed. <br />A resolution was offered by Commissioner <br />Pereira, seconded by Commissioner Hirst, <br />approving RZ-72-2 as petitioned.
