4y$~-3ANToy <br />CITY o~` PLEASANTON <br />~~o <br />.~.:o.~ Planning Commisseon <br />MINUTES ~OF REGULAR <br />DCte ;April 25, 1972 <br />Time : 8: os PM <br />PIaCe: Pleasanton Justice <br />MEETING. <br />Court <br />Mr. Brian Schutz, residing on the lot north <br />of Lot 25, objected to the appearance of <br />said lot and that he too was not informed o. <br />the situation before they purchased their <br />home. Mrs. Schutz also spoke. She felt <br />that the circulation and rights of ingress <br />and egress would be faappropriate for said <br />Lot 25. <br />Mr. Castro indicated that he would be will- <br />ing to lift the ban on Lot 25 provided <br />another street is designated to connect witl <br />Valley Avenue. However, he felt the <br />Commission should make this decision, becau: <br />of the uncertain future uses of some of the <br />adjoining properties. <br />The Chairman indicated that he would be <br />willing to lift the ban on Lot 25, providi <br />Lot 69 is retained for a future street. <br />Commissioner Pereira concurred with this. <br />Some discussion followed. <br />TENTATIVE SUBDIVI <br />Tract 3298, Approved; <br />Res. 1176 <br />A resolution was then entered by Chairman <br />Garrigan, seconded by Commissioner Pons, <br />and carried unanimously, granting Morrison <br />Homes' request that Lot 25, Tract 2860 and <br />Lot 69, Tract 3095, be released from the <br />future street reservation clause with the <br />provision that the developer provide a stub', <br />street through Lot 69 from Tanager Court <br />south to the property line, as per <br />Exhibits A and B, so marked by the Chairman: <br />Resubmittal of Tentative Tract 3298 - <br />Costanzo-Wilson. <br />Secretary Castro's recommendation was for <br />the Commission to go ahead and grant the <br />one-year extension, as no problems were <br />in evidence. <br />No problems were evidence, and a resolution' <br />was passed extending the map for one year. <br />Resolution: <br />Seconded: <br />Ayes: <br />Noes: <br />Absent: <br />Abstain: <br />-11- <br />
