4y$~3ANToy <br />CITY of PLEASANTON <br />~~~. <br />.~ <br />`~~~° Planning Commission <br />~rrro t <br />MINUTES ~OF REGULAR MEETING. <br />D at8 ; April 25, 1972 <br />Time ; 8:08 PM <br />P~aCB: Pleasanton Justice Court <br />ROLL CALL Commissioners Present: Hirst, Pereira, Pons, <br />Wood and Chairman Garrigan. <br />Commissioners Absent: None. <br />APPROVAL OF MINUTES There was one correction - on Page 3 of <br />the March 28 minutes, change to read: "agai <br />property owner or oil company." <br />REVISIONS AND <br />This correction being noted, upon motion of <br />Chairman Garrigan, seconded by Commissioner <br />Pons, and carried, the minutes of the <br />meetings of March 14, 21 and 28, 1972, were <br />approved. <br />At this point, Commissioner Hirst mentioned <br />that an informal study session was being <br />conducted by the Hayward Planning Department <br />on the Hayward Hill Area. This meeting was <br />open to the public and was to be held on <br />April 27. <br />Mr. Corley, representing National Medical <br />Enterprises requested a continuance to <br />May 23. They have an appeal before the <br />San Diego Medical Comprehensive Board. <br />On May 23, the presentation of Valley Memoria <br />Hospital will also be heard. <br />N~ <br />~~ <br />~~ <br />~ 0~ <br />CONDITIONAL USE Robert H.
