He then explained Exhibit B, Projected Flow Under Restricted Growth. He then explained the color code on the two study maps which was demonstrated for the benefit of the Commission and audience. The staff recommendation was for Study B to be lifted; that Study D, which encompasses the Mission Park area be retained. For clarification purposes, the Commission decided to review each study area separately. Study Area B - This area was discussed first.
