A motion was then offered by Chairman Garrigan, seconded by Commissioner Wood and carried, recommending to place the propertie north of the William Struthers property to and including the E1 Rancho Motel in a Study, District. This matter is set for public ii hearing for October 17, 1972. Another motion was then offered by Chairman ', Garrigan, seconded by Commissioner Wood and carried, to recommend to City Council that i the William Struthers parcel be tied in withli the Western Sierra property and an overall development plan be submitted for review in the form of a P.U.D. Review of Park Dedication Ordinance require-, ments.
