4y$~saNToy CITY of PLEASANT~N <br />~ '~~ • <br />.~ <br />`~~~° Planning Commission <br />`ELM{D f <br />MINUTES ~OF REGULAR MEETING. <br />Date : September 12, 1972 <br />Time : 8:00 PM <br />fIGCe; Pleasanton Justice Court <br />ROLL CALL Commissioners Present: McLain, Pereira, Wood <br />and Chairman Garrigan. <br />Commissioners Absent: Pons. <br />The Chairman then asked the others present <br />to join him in the Pledge of Allegiance. <br />APPROVAL OF MINUTES Upon motion of Chairman Garrigan, seconded <br />by Commissioner McLain, and carried, the <br />minutes of the August 22, 1972 meeting were <br />approved as submitted. <br />MEETING OPEN FOR ANY <br />MEMBER OF THE AUDIENCE <br />TO ADDRESS THE PLANNIN <br />A Mr. Edward Dienstag, attorney representing <br />the interests of Morris Stulsaft~s estate, <br />stood up at this point and indicated that he <br />had not been notified until 2:00 PM the day <br />before of the public hearing noted under <br />Item ba, which concerned rezoning of land <br />within the Vintage Hills development. <br />Because he had so little time to prepare <br />material to clarify their position, Mr. Dien tag <br />requested that this matter be continued. <br />Chairman Garrigan told Mr. Dienstag that whe <br />this item is discussed in its proper sequenc , <br />he could state his position and request the <br />continuance. <br />REVISIONS AND OMISSION <br />TO THE AGENDA Item 7b - continue to October 17 meeting. <br />VARIANCE REQUEST <br />V-72-34, Denied, <br />Res. 1203 <br />Variance to the overall approved signing Resolution: <br />program of the Amador Center by the addition Seconded: <br />of painted window signs at Payless Cleaners A yes: <br />at 1787 Santa Rita Road, Pleasanton.
